Production process of Demag CC1800 track shoe

From material selection to production process,we follow strict quality standards to deliver the best crane track pad to our customers.

1 Make mold

Based on the 3D models by our professional engineers use CAD,our factory produce high precision mold .It ensures crane track pads have accurate dimensions matching Demag CC1800 crawler crane OEM standards.

2 Sand mold

3 Casting

our crane track pads for Demag CC1800 crawler crane use 28CrMnMoNi alloy steel,providing excellent mechanical properties.

4 Polishing & riser milling

Our factory is equipped with advanced milling machines, achieving a smooth surface for the following process.

5 Quenching & tempering

Our factory is equipped with box-type heat treatment furnaces to perform quenching and tempering,improving crane track pad toughness,hardness and strength.This is a very important step in the production process.

6 Mechanical properties test

After quenching and tempering,we will conduct mechanical test on the crane track pad,ensuring the mechanical properties meet Demag CC1800 OEM standards.

7 Surface quenching

We adopt induction hardening,making the connect surface harder,improving wear resistance.

8 Hardness test

After surface quenching,we will conduct hardness tests on the crane track pad,ensuring the crane track pad has an excellent wear resistance.

9 Painting

Anti-corrosion,anti-rust,color can be customized by the customer.

10 Final inspection

CMM inspection guarantee 100% OEM compatibility.

11 Packing

Export standard plywood pallet.
