Sany Crane Undercarriage Parts Supplier
SANY crawler cranes are mainstream units for global engineering construction projects, covering both small and ultra-large tonnage ranges. Their undercarriage wear parts require frequent replacement.
We’ve deeply studied SANY’s original undercarriage design and on-site usage pain points to develop model-specific spare parts. We keep full stocks of SANY Crane Undercarriage Parts, including SANY carrier rollers, idlers, track shoes, sprockets, and bottom rollers for one-stop sourcing.
All parts use high-strength wear-resistant alloy steel and come with an extended warranty to lower customers’ after-sales costs. Fumigation-free export packaging is provided for smooth worldwide customs clearance.

SANY Crane Undercarriage Parts Processing Technology
Premium raw materials + forging & casting forming process
All Sany crane undercarriage parts start with strictly screened premium alloy steel raw materials. Every batch of incoming steel undergoes full-spectrum analysis and material rechecks, so key metrics including tensile strength and impact toughness are strictly controlled from the beginning of production.
We adopt casting or forging processes tailored to different parts. Casting suits intricate irregular parts like track shoes and drive sprockets, forming complete integrated structures in a single step and streamlining machining to maintain consistent dimensional precision.
Forging works under high-temperature extrusion to remove inherent flaws such as pores, shrinkage cavities, and internal lamination. Parts gain far denser metal texture, with drastically boosted load-bearing and anti-extrusion performance. This method is applied to heavily stressed undercarriage parts, including bottom rollers and carrier rollers that bear constant heavy loads.
Full process CNC precision machining
Our production workshop is fully equipped with a complete set of high-precision CNC processing equipment, including CNC horizontal boring and milling machines, vertical machining centers and CNC lathes. Every Sany crane undercarriage part will go through strict precision machining procedures without exception. After fine processing, all parts can reach the dimensional standard of original factory parts.
We strictly limit the tolerance of critical parameters such as hole spacing, shaft diameter, flatness and tooth profile, so the parts can fit perfectly with original Sany equipment. Good matching effectively avoids abnormal friction and extra wear on the whole undercarriage assembly. Meanwhile, high surface smoothness greatly reduces extrusion force during installation and daily operation. It relieves long-term load pressure on undercarriage parts, minimizes sudden breakdowns, and helps customers cut maintenance costs caused by frequent part failures.
Advanced heat treatment process
Heat treatment is the core procedure for manufacturing crawler crane undercarriage parts, and all our Sany crane undercarriage parts receive standardized heat treatment.
We conduct quenching and tempering for track shoes, sprockets, idlers, top rollers, and bottom rollers. Parts are heated and cooled in constant-temperature furnaces under precise parameters to homogenize internal metal structure and boost overall strength and impact resistance.
Tempering follows to release internal stress and strike a proper balance between hardness and toughness.
Wear-prone surfaces also get extra surface hardening, forming a tough wear-resistant outer layer that stands up to long heavy-load work on wind farms and bridge projects.
Customers’ Feedback
We conduct unscheduled follow-up visits with clients after they receive their shipments to gather more valuable feedback and suggestions from them.
Feedback from customers in Saudi Arabia
Mr. Al-Qahtani manages an engineering contractor operating multiple construction projects across Saudi Arabia. His company includes a SANY SCC3200A crawler crane, which works long hours in hot, sandy desert conditions. He places high priority on the durability of undercarriage parts, as harsh desert sand accelerates wear and directly impacts operational safety and project progress. After careful evaluation, he chose our heavy-duty undercarriage spare parts for his SANY crane.
Once the goods arrived, his technical team conducted thorough inspections before installation. Every part fitted perfectly, and assembly proceeded smoothly without delays.
Mr. Al-Qahtani shared positive feedback with our team. He appreciated our stable product quality and reliable lead times, which helped him avoid unexpected project downtime. He confirmed he intends to keep sourcing crawler crane undercarriage parts from us for his other construction machinery in upcoming projects.
Feedback from customers in South Africa
Mr. van der Merwe leads a machinery rental firm in South Africa that runs multiple Sany crawler cranes. He first ordered Sany track shoes from us and sees reliable performance out on job sites. Satisfied with the earlier product experience, he places a bulk order for complete undercarriage parts matched to his crane models. Goods arrive safely recently.
He carries out inspection and quality checks on all items. All parts meet his requirements. His team now waits to fit these parts on cranes and looks forward to stable performance during future operations.
