Crane track shoes become severely worn, deformed or even cracked in a short time.

This is mainly due to insufficient hardness, toughness and wear resistance of crane track shoes.

To achieve superior mechanical properties, we adopt quenching and tempering for crane track shoes.Using high-grade 31Mn2SiMo alloy as raw material, each track shoe undergoes quenching to enhance internal hardness, followed by tempering to improve material toughness.Additionally, the surface of the most worn areas is quenched a second time to further enhance wear resistance.

Received parts are incompatible with original equipment, causing installation problems.
