Our Liebherr Lr1750 track shoe takes every production step seriously.

1 Material Selection: Select high-quality 31Mn2SiMo alloy material as the raw material. Steel comes with a composition testing certificate, and all raw materials can be traced.

2 Make Mold & Sand Mold : In the manufacturing of molds and sand molds, our professional technical team adopts CAD tools to design mold structures fully in line with the original manufacturer’s technical standards. Every procedure is under strict control. This ensures the dimensions of track shoes comply with OEM requirements.

3 Casting : Melt the alloy steel at high temperature and pour it into the mold for cooling and forming.

4 Precision Machining : Further precision machining is conducted on the formed track shoe blanks with CNC equipment to remove extra milled edges and burrs.

5 Heat Treatment: The finished track shoes undergo heat treatment, including quenching + tempering and surface hardening. This greatly enhances the toughness, hardness and wear resistance of the parts.

6 Quality Inspection : We use professional equipment like Rockwell hardness testers and universal testing machines to test the mechanical properties of finished products. We also use a vernier caliper to accurately measure part dimensions.

7 Painting : Spray the surface of the track shoes with environmentally friendly pigments. It can not only make the outside of the track shoes more beautiful, but also effectively prevent parts from rusting.
