Wheel Body

Copper Bushing

Shaft

End Cover
Lower roller end covers are manufactured via ductile iron forming technology. Optimizations to the material’s internal metallographic structure elevate overall impact resistance. The covers are not prone to fracture or damage upon contact with crushed rock or heavy loads.
Oil Seal System
The complete sealing system carries imported O-rings and high-grade floating oil seals as its core matching components. The system effectively blocks mud ingress and stops grease leakage, maintains steady oil-film lubrication for friction pairs over extended periods, cuts abnormal abrasion, and extends the service life of components.
