1 Excellent lifting performance

Max lifting capacity hits 1200 tons, max lifting height 224 meters and max working radius up to 180 meters. It is applicable to hoisting of large and difficult parts such as wind power, petrochemical equipment, large infrastructure and heavy components at port.

It features a five-speed variable boom system. Five boom matching schemes, with rated load range of 716.5t~1200t. The boom combination can be flexibly switched according to the working conditions of the project to adapt to various construction scenes.

It adopts Liebherr’s self-developed 8-cylinder, 680 HP diesel engine, delivering a peak torque of 2335 lb-ft. Sufficient power under severe and heavy load conditions. The machine uses Liebherr’s full original premium safety control system to secure stable and safe hoisting operations.

1 Crane Track Plate

Compared with ordinary crawler crane track shoes, Liebherr Lr11000 crawler crane has wider track shoes, ranging from 2000mm to 2400mm. Meanwhile, it adopts stricter heat-treatment standards for track shoe production.

2 Crane Track Roller & Top Roller

Manufacturers forge the crane bottom roller using 42CrMo. The wheel body undergoes overall quenching and tempering treatment. It uses a dual sealing system consisting of copper sleeves and premium floating oil seals, delivering outstanding sealing performance.

3 Crane Idler

Supporting tensioning system of crane idler. Its track tension system adjusts track tension dynamically via onboard CAN bus to compensate chassis deformation caused by variable extension of the V Frame counterweight.
