1 Wheel body:the wheel body adopt 40Mn2 alloy steel with hard-wearing properties.it can extend crane bottom roller’s service life.

2 copper bushing:100% fine copper bushing, instead of duplex metal (Iron and Copper). The thickness of the bushing is 6mm-10mm,making the crane bottom roller durable.

3 End cover:The end cover of crane bottom roller is made of ductile iron, featuring high strength, excellent wear resistance and stable dimensions.

4 Float seal:Equipped with 100% matched float seal for perfect sealing,it effectively prevents oil leakage.This ensures stable internal lubrication, reduces maintenance and extends the service life of the undercarriage.
