Each track shoe needs to undergo high-temperature quenching and tempering to obtain good mechanical properties. At the same time, separate quenching treatment is carried out on the surface to enhance wear resistance, extend service life, and reduce downtime maintenance costs.

Not only the track shoe body, but also the shaft needs to undergo heat treatment and surface quenching treatment. The processed shaft is less prone to breakage when running with track shoes.
