The wheel consists of five parts including wheel body, copper bushing, end cover, shaft and Floating oil seal system.
1 Wheel Body
The wheel body is integrally adopt high-strength 35SiMn alloy steel. This silicon-manganese alloy features excellent inherent strengthening properties, ideal for heavy-duty construction machinery undercarriage parts. 2 Copper Bushing
The shaft sleeve is forged from high-purity brass as a one-piece component, with no impure copper or inferior additives. Boasting superior self-lubricating properties, the brass forms a natural oil film during operation. Combined with the internal cavity lubricating grease, it effectively reduces dry friction against the main shaft. In addition, brass features high toughness and elasticity, allowing minor buffering deformation under stress and pressure to prevent fracture under heavy impact loads. It also delivers outstanding corrosion resistance to resist rust formation.
3 End Cover
We cast the large-sized guide wheel end cap from high-quality alloy steel, exhibiting outstanding toughness and impact resistance. It can withstand axial impacts and lateral squeezes caused by heavy-duty operations. It resists deformation and cracking, effectively protecting internal bearings and oil seals.
The small idler end cover is made of ductile iron, featuring good machinability of cast iron and high toughness of steel. This material delivers reliable sealing, paired with high-precision end face machining. It keeps sediment and sewage out of the cavity and prevents lubricant grease loss.
4 Shaft
The shaft uses same alloy steel as the wheel body. After heat treatment and surface quenching, it gains greatly improved toughness, strength and wear resistance.
5 Floating Oil Seal System
It adopts a high-grade floating oil seal system and imported O-rings. It features excellent sealing performance, blocking sediment ingress and lubricant leakage.
