How to replace an IHI CCH2500 Bottom Roller ?

1 Prepare suitable venues and tools in advance

3 Remove the old crane bottom roller

Loosen the fixing bolts of the crane bottom rollers diagonally.Use a crowbar to remove the old crane bottom roller.Clean the installation base and check for wear and cracks

4 Install the new crane bottom roller

Pre check the new crane bottom roller and inject lubricating oil.Install the inspected crane bottom roller onto the installation seat.

5 Inspection & cleanup

Walk at low speed without load and observe for any abnormal noise or track deviation.Recheck bolt torque, track tension, and bottom roller rotation status.Clean up the scene.
