6 Precision machining to further improve the surface smoothness and dimensional standardization of sprockets

7 Surface quenching of tooth surface enhances wear resistance

8 Surface cleaning and painting for corrosion prevention

9 Perform final size and hardness inspection, pack and prepare for shipment
