Cutting This is the initial forming stage for high-quality 42CrMo alloy steel. CNC high-precision cutting equipment precisely shapes raw material into required-sized blanks.
Forging After cutting, the 42CrMo blank undergoes the  precision hot forging process under high-pressure.Effectively enhance the strength and toughness of materials. Ensures uniform material distribution and minimizes internal defects.
Rough Machining Following forging, CNC and milling machines perform rough machining on the blanks. Preliminary processing of the shape of the crane lower roller. Remove excess materials and improve processing efficiency.
Overall Quenching and Tempering This is a crucial step in the entire processing process.Our factory owns multiple box-type heat treatment furnaces.After being heated and rapidly quenched, the crane lower roller  undergoes tempering to achieve stable, and balanced comprehensive performance.
Mechanical Properties Testing We conduct comprehensive performance tests on quenched and tempered crane lower rollers.We have various advanced testing instruments in our factory.Including metallographic microscope, universal testing machine, ultrasonic flaw detector, impact testing machine, etc.
Surface Quenching The crane bottom roller undergoes surface heat treatment via high-frequency induction quenching equipment.After this process, the surface hardness of the crane lower roller can reach HRC52-56. Greatly improving the wear resistance of the lower roller.
Hardness Testing We test the lower roller surface hardness with Rockwell and Brinell testers.
Finished Machining We use CNC lathes, grinders and precision cutting tools for finish machining. Guarantee precise dimensions and excellent surface smoothness.
Assembling Assemble the parts together and finally check whether the crane lower rollers meet the OEM standards.
