Heat Treatment Process of American 11320 Track Shoe
To ensure product quality, our American 11320 track shoe undergoes multiple processing steps such as quenching + tempering and surface hardening treatment. This can provide our track shoes with good toughness and prevent them from breaking even under impact or long-term load. The surface hardening process forms a high hardness wear-resistant layer on the surface of the contact surface, effectively resisting the continuous wear of sand and gravel, and extending the service life of the entire machine undercarriage.

How do you know whether track plates need replacing?
Replace track shoes promptly once wear ribs wear down severely, cracks or breaks appear, bolt holes deform, or plates warp and split. This prevents further damage to the crane undercarriage
Severely Worn — Track shoe anti-slip ribs and wear surfaces suffer heavy abrasion.Replace the track shoe promptly once ground contact wear thickness goes beyond one-third.
Cracking and Fracture — Cracks can form on the track shoe surface and around bolt holes. The plate might split, and mounting holes could also deform.
Severe Deformation and Warpage— The track plate gets bent from heavy impact, leading to poor contact with the track link. This causes jolting during travel and uneven load distribution.
Massive Corner Breakage— Large chunks break off from the wear-resistant edges. The anti-slip ribs stop working, making the crane prone to slipping and sinking while moving.
