The American 11320 Bottom Roller is a key component for the American 11320 undercarriage. We produce these bottom rollers using standard production procedures, and carry out proper quality checks at every step, from picking raw materials all the way to shipping out finished goods.

We test rough castings thoroughly to spot and get rid of common casting problems, such as trapped air holes and sand holes inside the parts. In the rough‑machining phase, we cut off extra material, relieve built‑up stress inside the casting, and get its basic outer dimensions right.

We then apply both quenching and tempering heat treatment. This makes the roller surface hard to wear down, while keeping the inner part tough enough to avoid cracks and shape distortion.
