1 Forging

High quality alloy steel 40Mn2 is selected as the raw material for high-temperature heating and melting, and then injected into the model for casting. Before casting, raw materials need to undergo strict composition and quality testing. Ensure that the composition and internal structure of raw materials meet the processing requirements.

2 Rough Machining

The cast workpiece blank needs to undergo rough machining to remove the excess workpiece allowance formed by casting, preparing for subsequent heat treatment and precision machining processes

3 Quenching & Tempering

This is the most critical step in the entire production process of Kobelco BMS800 Track roller, which will directly affect the service life of the track roller. Through high-temperature quenching and tempering treatment, the hardness and toughness inside the parts can achieve a good balance, and the impact resistance can be significantly improved, ensuring the smooth operation of the equipment even under heavy and complex working conditions.

4 Assembling & Dimensional inspection
