1 Quenching & Tempering

Overall quenching and tempering ensures excellent mechanical properties of the NIPPON SHARYO DHP80 track shoe.Quenching improves crane track shoe hardness and strength,while tempering determines toughness.

2 Surface hardening

Surface hardening adopts induction hardening technology.Hardening the key contact surfaces by induction hardening ensures the surface hardness can reach HRC48-55. Improve NIPPON SHARYO DHP80 track shoes wear resistance,extend service life and reduce maintenance cost.

3 Advanced heat treatment production lines

Our factory equipped with advanced heat treatment production lines including 3-ton, 5-ton and 10-ton melting furnaces and box-type heat treatment furnaces.
