American 9299 Track Plate Production Process

Model making and casting

Our professional technicians craft custom casting molds strictly following original manufacturer drawings. We select premium wear-resistant alloy steel, melt the material into molten steel under high heat, pour the liquid metal into molds for cooling, and cast whole track shoe blanks in one single forming step.

Rough Machining

Once the castings cool down, we carry out shot blasting to remove surface scale and burrs, leaving a smooth blank surface.

Deep Heat Treatment

We apply dual quenching and tempering processing to all track shoes. This is a key step in extending the service life of track shoes. The overall quenching and tempering treatment can improve the internal toughness of the track shoes, making them less prone to breakage under heavy impact

Mechanical Property Testing

We run magnetic particle testing on track shoes after quenching and tempering to spot inner flaws like cracks and air holes

Surface Quenching
